INOCULANT PRODUCTS

silage

Protecting forage quality starts the moment it’s harvested. Without proper care, valuable forage can quickly degrade, losing energy and succumbing to spoilage caused by harmful bacteria, molds, and yeasts. Renk’s Advantage Enhancer is the solution—an advanced blend of live bacteria and enzymes designed to preserve forage, protect yield, and ensure high- quality feed. With its proven ability to reduce losses by 3–5% and keep harmful toxins out of your livestock’s diet, Advantage Enhancer is your partner in maximizing forage performance and long-term storage stability.

FS320WS, FS340WS, AND FS370DF
These products combine four specialized bacterial strains to rapidly reduce pH levels, ensuring fast and effective fermentation. With 150,000 CFU (colony-forming units) per gram of crop—exceeding industry standards—and added enzymes to boost efficiency, these inoculants deliver superior performance. Packaged in water soluble 100 gram pack (FS320WS), 500 gram pack (FS340WS), and dry mixture 50 pound bag (FS370DF).

MT550CL
This is the same base product as 320, 340, and 370 and adds Bacillus subtilis bacteria to manage clostridia growth in forage. The Bacillus subtilis bacteria in the MT550CL is scientifically chosen to handle various strains of clostridia bacteria and reduce their negative effects on the haylage and silage harvested at higher moisture conditions. It is highly recommended if you are harvesting under wet and less than ideal conditions.

HMC 780-B AND HMC 790-B
Advantage HMC is a Buchneri-based inoculant that excels in yeast control on feed-out in addition to quick fermentation after harvest. Yeast control on feedout helps to extend bunk life with less crop thrown out due to spoilage. Ideal for high-moisture corn, but also works with silage. It can have a positive affect on cow health by avoiding feeding them spoiled feed.
